Linda Harris
Linda Harris, president and owner of Infopoint Corporation has been in the technical
training and consulting business in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas for over
18 years. Most recently her primary areas of focus have included .NET, SharePoint
Design and Development, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 programming and development, Reporting
Services, BI and Object Oriented Analysis & Design.
Linda began her IT career in Indianapolis in 1990 with ComputerLand. She specialized
in desktop publishing and developed their first computer training center. In 1993,
she accepted the position of Director of Education for the Future Now. Under Linda’s
direction, The Future Now became one of the top training centers in the country
and the first training center in Indianapolis certified for Novell, Lotus and Microsoft.
After the birth of her twins, she decided to become an independent instructor/contractor
and received her MCT certification in 1995. Linda was able to travel to many training
locations and see innumerable corporate circumstances and environments. This was
the perfect preparation for purchasing into a local training company that had recently
gone out of business. After 2 profitable and successful years, the partnership dissolved.
In less than 60 days Infopoint Corporation began. Linda’s extensive training
background allows her to create an environment for maximum learning by incorporating
her extensive real life background and encouraging typical, relevant classroom discussions
focused on the current IT environment and challenges. She has received numerous
honors and awards for her performance as an instructor, presenter and a manager
during her career. Linda’s current certifications include: MCT, MCSD, MCDBA,
MCAD.NET

Kenneth Alexander
Kenneth Alexander (MCT, MCSE, CNE, ACI, Security+, CISSP, CTT+) has over 23 years
of networking experience and 11 years of providing training for over 10,000 individuals,
which has made him a trusted resource for technical solutions across the United
States. As an independant instructor, Kenneth draws from his years of experience
to help students understand how to address issues in their organizations.
Kenneth has been working with Microsoft Systems Management Server for over 11 years
starting with version 1.0 to the present Beta SMS version 4.0. He has also provided
consulting and training services on Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server since its
release. Currently Kenneth is developing a customized advanced training courseware
for the administration and implementation of Microsoft System Center Configuration
Manager 2007.
As president of Norman-Benjamin Consulting, Inc., Kenneth provides consulting services
in network design and network security. Kenneth is a certified technical instructor
and has written courseware for the United States Air Force and numerous major corporations.
He has also provided instruction and network consultation for companies such as
Damiler Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, National Security Agency (NSA), IBM, and Bridgestone.
Rick Bloss
Rick Bloss: (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCT, NT-2000/3, CCA, CCEA, CCI)

Rick has worked with Citrix and VMware since the early 90's and is a certified
Citrix and Microsoft instructor, teaching both for over 8 years.
He specializes in delivering and consulting on Citrix installations, migrations
and troubleshooting on VMware platforms.
