Eric Galloway (MCP, MCSA:Messaging, MCSE, MCT, ITP:Messaging, CCA, CCNA, CTT+)
Eric Galloway has 20+ years of networking experience and more than 15 years training experience. Eric received his degree from Purdue and has taught classes across the United States from Washington DC to Washington State (and even Hawaii) and from Michigan to Texas. He has also taught classes in Beijing, London, and Prague.
During his technical career, Eric has been chosen many times for special projects by Microsoft and others. He has worked at TechEd for several years overseeing Messaging (Exchange and LS/OCS), Collaboration (SharePoint and Office), and Management (MOM/SCOM,SMS/SCCM, DPM, SCVMM, and System Essentials) Labs. He was also one of 15 instructors chosen worldwide to travel and train Microsoft's internal System Engineers on the fine points of an upcoming release of Active Directory. This involved a process of rigorous training and psychological screenings to find the correct candidates and then conducting setup and training at Microsoft offices in many countries. During this project, Eric was responsible for the training in select cities in the US, in the United Kingdom, and in all of Eastern Europe. Eric was chosen more recently to travel the US to train "Business Desktop Deployment" and "Upgrading SQL 2000 Databases to 2005".
Eric has been working with Microsoft Exchange since before the first release. He has also taught Citrix from before there was MetaFrame.
In addition to his training background, Eric has held many positions in the Training industry, among which are Training Manager, Courseware Manager, IT Director, and Infrastucture Solutions Architect. Eric is the Vice President of Education at Infopoint.
